Bright dark purple core and hue. Pure and intense nose offering sweet fruit with jammed cherry, cassis, plum and gingerbread spice. The nose appears sweet but the palate remains classically dry with a peppery spiciness, ginger and clove notes with crushed dark berry fruit. Digest with a well-kept acidity and rounded tannin leading to a long and pure finish.
