Les Vignerons du Brulhois – Terressence – 2011

Dense ruby/purple color. Fresh and pure nose of ripe cassis and kirsch, very rigid and firm palate with peppery and spicy notes, nice dark fruit, laid back oak, very good length but still a bit restrained and dry on the finish,, give another 2 years in the cellar.
