Medium deep amber colour. Intense and complex nose, slight oxidation with nutty and dried fruity notes like almond, marzipan, figs, dates and dry spices. Ample palate with a fine balance between sweetness restrained by a refreshing alcohol, nutty, spicy and complex with a very long bloody delicious finish.
