Pale golden colour with a medium intense mousse. Pure nose, youthful fruit like apple, pear and citrus notes. The palate is pure, medium bodied and fresh with a young creaminess, restrained fruit, crisp and generous with a quite long finish but should still develop nuance and complexity.
