Leyda – Single Vineyard Garuma – 2016

Youthful pale straw colour. The nose is fairly discreet but distinctly sauvignon with good layers, yellow fruit, aromatic herbs, lemon, lime and ginger, a slight nuttiness and perhaps a gentle hint of wood. Good grip and concentration on the palate, close to bone dry with a right acidity and a mouthwatering sensation, long and grippy finish stuffed with fresh yellow fruit.
