Medium ruby towards tawny colour. Elegant and intense nose offering sous-bois, truffle, wild berries, fine spices and chocolate. The palate has medium weight with good flavour intensity, still youthful but ripe tannin, a fresh backbone with elegant red fruit, and a long layered finish.
