Lo Sparviere – Extra Brut – 2009

Clear bright golden with a mellow mousse. The nose is pure with some flinty/stony aromas paired with ripe lemon, yellow fruit and some floral hints. The palate has a nice grip, some evolution but still a fresh nerve, elegant fruit with a fine toastiness, some phenol/tannin on the palate which is rather concentrated, yet balanced with a warm and ripe finish, quite long.
