Bright light golden colour with small vivid bubbles. Some maturity and autolytic complexity with brioche, fresh butter, yellow plum, peach and floral notes. Distinct and bone dry palate, rather a grower style with fine balance, a bright underlying acidity with nicely creamy texture, layers of ripe stone fruit and a long layered finish.
