Pale golden colour with a green hue and fine mousse. The nose exhibits, vanilla, fresh butter, some roasted notes and stone fruit. The palate is rather structured and dense with ripe fruit, plum and red berries with pain d´épice a fresh acidity and quite a long creamy finish.
