Light golden colour with a vivid mousse. The nose is forward and rather tropical with otes of pineapple, mango, candied citrus and butter. The palate feels rather dry but with sweet tropical fruit, spicy notes of saffron and orange zest, good bite and a vibrant lingering finish.
