Chile,
Colchagua Valley,
Deep purple core with a ruby rim. Beautiful nose, spicy and layered with floral hints, black pepper, sage, aniseed, blackberry plum and cassis, nuanced and layered. The palate is dense and full bodied, well-maintained freshness and grainy tannin, layers of red and dark fruit, savoury and digest with a fine underlying spiciness, and a very long and nuanced finish. Complex yet juicy and attractive with fine drinkability.
