Chile,
Leyda Valley,
Youthful pale colour, pale straw, with a green hue. Very aromatic. Clearly Sauvignon, but I would say in a quite restrained style, but in the positive sense of Sauvignon. I think more on the mineral side here than those overtly aromatic notes. There are some fine hints of lemon and lime zest. Youthful fruit rather like yellow apple, pear. With that mineral notion, some fresh herbal notes. Really good grip on the palate. Very salivating here. Light-bodied but flavour intense with lemon and lime infused white flesh fruit. Really grippy and salivating. Pretty long finish. Attractive style of more restrained Sauvignon Blanc, to drink as young as possible, I suppose.
