Pale straw colour. Intense nose, very herbal and balsamic with mint, sage, crushed nuts, citrus and pale stone fruit. Very crisp palate with an herbal spiciness, discreet fruit and good length. Nice character and personality, quite hard to pinpoint a style/variety but i like it!
