Intense dark purple red colour. Generous nose offering smoked meat, ripe dark blackberry, cassis and leather. Dense and vigorous palate with layers of ripe fruit, peppery and spicy with nice smoked meat notes, grainy tannin and a long muscular finish. A very nice effort still needing time in the cellar.
