Intense dark purple colour. Youthful and modern nose of ripe dark fruit, cassis, dark cherry, some balsamic resin-like notes, wild herbs and hint of oak. The palate is dense and chewy, still with a youthful texture, crushed dark fruit with sage and mint, and rather long. Still a bit tannic on the finish but should develop well.
