M & M – Gold Edition – NV

Sparkling wine with a quite tiny mousse and youthful colour. Light straw with a green hue, indicating youth. Fresh and pure nose with some floral hints, a touch of herbs like chamomile, with green apple and pear. Medium-bodied on the palate. Quite distinct acidity, well-kept freshness. In terms of fruit, it is still youthful with fresh green apple, notes of pear. Fine acidity here, with well-integrated mousse. Gives a good creamy sensation on the palate. Quite a persistent finish. There is a lot of floral notes coming back on the aftertaste with some hints of citrus and lime. Pleasant to drink now and I suppose a wine to drink in its fair youth.
