Bright straw colour with a green hue. Good layers between almond, hazelnut, ripe citrus, lemongrass, and white fleshed fruit. Rather ample yet fresh palate, some oak presence and mild toast, less fruit more herbal and citrus oriented flavours, a hint of salt on the finish, dried citrus and nori with fine length and character.
