Youthful straw colour with a green hue and vivid young mousse. Pure nose offering lime zest, green apple, melon and lemongrass. Rather ample palate, youthful texture with a creamy mousse, towards dry with a classic dosage, ripe acidity, some almond and citrus notes with a gentle bitterness and a generous fairly long finish.
