Medium deep golden colour. Intense and developed with some mature complexity. Candied yellow fruit, citrus, ginger with pepper dry spice and yeast derived pastry notes. Bone dry palate, good volume and fine extract with a bright acidity, ripe yellow fruit notes with a nutty spiciness and long finish.
