Maison Labastide – Blanc de Blancs – NV

Bright straw colour. Pure and aromatic nose, yellow fruit, pineapple, some roasted and nutty notes. Medium weight on the palate, a slight bitter presence, and mild tannin, rather discreet fruit, medium length and a slightly austere finish.
