Bright light golden colour with vivid fine bubbles. Rather ripe fruit with some tropical notes like fresh pineapple, lemongrass and crushed hazelnut. Medium weight with a creamy backbone, a classic dosage with slight sweetness, harmonious with slight autolytic pastry notes and a good length.
