Bright young straw colour with a copper hue and vivid young bubbles. Pure and youthful aromas of plum, red berries, pain d´épice, and croissant. The palate is bone dry but appears a bit sweeter due to darker fruit, pinot-driven with crushed raspberry with ginger and clove notes, mild mousse on the mid-palate with a fine level of underlying freshness and good length.
