Quite pink colour here. It is actually a rosé, but it has a slight tinge of copper. Youthful with a good brightness The nose offers, pure aromas of citrus, grape and lime zest, melon, pear and a slight hint of sour red berries like redcurrant. Youthful and bright on the palate. Very good freshness here. Good extract as well. So really, really fine tannic sensation and bright acidity. So good precision in this one. I like the elegant fruit. It remains in the medium-bodied frame, but does have a really good length. So long and persistent with elegant fruit. So I would say, a very classic style of rosé de Provence. Well-made with good purity and precision. That should enhance beyond the aperitif this should work really well with dishes based on Provincial fish and seafood.
