France,
				 Languedoc Roussillon,
Medium deep colour, ruby-red nuance. Slightly watery rim, a little bit of age I suppose. Fresh nose, not displaying any oak. It is rather on a moderately ripe, with red berry fruit such as red currant, red plum. There is a hint of herbal spiciness. Not green as unripe but rather aromatic herbs like sage and mint, with that red fruit. I would talk about rather medium weight, in terms of structure. It has a good tannic backbone. I think it starts to loosen those tannin a little bit now. I use to feel them but I think there is a good level of drinkability. Again I would put this in a medium weight, modern ripeness style, with attractive red fruit, with those herbal spiciness, sage and mint. Discreet oak. If there is any oak it is well integrated. Nothing roasted and no vanilla to talk about. Quite substantial finish keeps lingering. So good drinkability now, but should develop for the coming years.
