Bright light golden with a fine mousse, rather small bubbles. The nose has some evolution and complexity, floral with ripe fruit, pear, plum and « pain d´epices ». The palate has a nice creaminess, rather spicy and nutty with some phenol/tannic notes, yet balanced with a long finish. Complex and mature to drink.
