Light golden colour with a green hue and small lively bubbles. Fine high toned notes of lime, lemongrass, fresh lemon, white flower and fresh butter. The palate is bone dry, fresh and distinct with a mild creamy texture, discreet but layered fruit, lemon and citrus notes with fresh almond, some herbal spiciness and a long pure finish.
