Bright medium deep colour. Intense and fruity nose with floral hints, butter, ripe stone fruit, vanilla and crushed almonds. The palate offers a sensation of sweetness even if it is extra brut, honey and candied fruit, fine mousse, some autolys, a creamy finish with good length.
