Bright straw colour with a green hue and fine young bubbles. Youthful and discreet nose showing fresh butter, almond, saffron and ripe citrus notes. Medium bodied with a generous creaminess a bright acidity and notes of pale stone fruit, rather long and persistent. Still on the youthful side but balanced and fresh in an elegant restrained style.
