Medium deep straw colour with a pink hue and vivid young bubbles. Sweet nose of autumn fruit, plum, pear and red berries with pain d’épices. Good grip on the palate, ripe sweet fruit but rather low dosage creating good balance with a soft creaminess and a rather long spicy finish.
