Youthful straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose, stony with discreet young fruit, lime, lemongrass and white peppery notes. Good grip and texture on the palate, a balanced bitterness/extract gives lift and freshness, crushed apple and a grassy spiciness with a long bright finish.
