Manteau Rivierre – Blanc de Blancs – 2007

Light golden colour with a fine integrated mousse. Pure nose showing some chalky notes, almond, fresh nuts, ripe citrus and peach with a hint of fresh brioche. The palate is bright and fresh, medium weight with a salivating acidity and smooth creaminess, zesty yellow fruit, rather Chardonnay-driven it feels, and a precise, pure and long finish. Nice drinkability!
