Manteau Rivierre – Cuvée Fût de Chêne – 2010

Medium deep golden colour with a mild creamy mousse. Intense nose, vinous with some new oak, ripe fruit, nougat, brioche and buttery notes. The palate is rather full and rounded texture, gently creamy with a fresh backbone, ripe fruit like pear, plum, peach and vanilla notes with a long dense finish. Intense and oaked style but well balanced, still with a fine potential for development.
