Manteau Rivierre – Rosé de Saignée – NV

Dark pink or light ruby red colour, probably rosé de Saignée. Sweet and floral nose, certainly a lot of Pinot here, red cherry, raspberry, rose petal and sweet spices. The palate has some tannic / phenolic presence like a light red wine, yet with a creamy mousse, a moderately high acidity some herbal spiciness and a medium towards long finish. Rich and bold in a heavy slightly tannic style.
