Very intense, dark, purple colour with an opaque centre. Intense and ripe nose of dark very ripe fruit, plum, dried cherry, blackcurrant and spices; the palate is very concentrated with elevated tannin and extract, slightly closed today, but doubtlessly with good fruit; substance and length to develop with ageing, very long finish with juicy, blackcurrant notes - give this another few years in the cellar.
