Italy,
Tuscany,
Red wine with a medium deep colour here, we still have a hint of something youthful like blue-purple at the core. Fresh nose, quite primary fruit here; a mix of red and dark berries, cassis, cherry, a slight herbal spiciness, quite ripe herbs. No noticeable oak really. Nice and rounded palate here, medium weight. Not too high extract, there’s quite fine tannins there in the background. Bright fresh acidity, giving a lift to that juicy red dark fruitiness. Still a fairly youthful wine, I suppose with its slightlylighter texture I would drink it today or in the near future. Nicely made, pure and fresh.
