Marie Courtin – Efflorescence Extra Brut – 2008

Light golden colour with rather small but lively bubbles, nice and pure nose with some mineral notes, yellow fruit, peach, yellow plum and flower, nicely rounded palate with a creamy texture, bright freshness, zesty yellow fruit and a good length.
