Intense dark purple colour with a lighter rim. Modern nose with some meaty notes, roasted oak and ripe dark berries. The palate is ripe and bold with roasted notes and intense dark berry flavours, good grip and length. A rather fleshy and opulent example like most other wines from this vintage but still with balance and drinkability.
