Dark garnet colour and a lighter rim. Intense nose some balsamic notes, wild herbs, ripe dark fruit, smoked meat and tobacco notes. The palate is dense with an intense tannic backbone, youthful but no hard edges a fresh acidity lifting the exotic dark fruitlong and spicy finish. should ideally be aged for another few years.
