Dark ruby with a purple hue. Quite balsamic nose with wild herbs, dark cherry, plum and tobacco leaf. The palate has medium weight with dense tannin, digest dark fruit, still a bit tannic and dry but good freshness and length, a style that certainly needs time to soften.
