Pale, transparent colour. Fresh nose, grappa-like with fine purity, herbal and floral notes with citrus and fresh fruit. Good bite on the palate, spicy with wild herbs, citrus, camomile and a warm backbone, balanced with some creaminess on the texture and long finish with integrated alcohol.
