Very youthful colour here, black-purple hue with medium to high intensity. Fresh nose. Really with a lot of primary fruit. It is dark plum, crushed berries. A mild spiciness with notes of pepper and clove. Nice palate here. Very rounded texture, with a lot of pepperiness and spiciness. Dried herbs, white pepper. Attractive juicy fruit. Really what I would say a modern and subtle vinification, with good roundness. Fresh, juicy mix of red and dark berries. Good length. Distinctly Austrian spice, I would say. Right now offering a lot of pleasure, but should continue to develop for five to six more years.
