Dense dark ruby/purple colour. High ripeness, jammed dark berries, prune and liquorice notes with a fine spiciness. The palate is dense, weighty and full, generous dark fruit in a modern and ripe style, yet balanced alcohol and an integrated acidity, good length, persistent with a spicy finish. Still youthful but should develop complexity.
