Bright straw colour with a youthful green hue. Aromatic with wild herbs, fennel, lime zest, lemongrass and white fleshed fruit. Well built palate with some extract/mild tannin giving lift and freshness, rounded acidity with discreet young fruit, a herbal spiciness and fine length.
