Mas d’Amile – Vieux Carignan – 2016

Dark inky purple core. The nose shows some maturity and balsamic notes with leather, raw meat, violet and dark berries. Medium weight on the palate, a bit firm and restrained with grippy tannin some leather/brett and high acidity, fairly long but a bit austere and dry.
