Medium to dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Dark fruit on the nose, cassis, sage, tobacco leaf and fine wood. The palate is still youthful with a tannic presence, yet with good balance and ripe tannin, nice purity of fruit with a good freshness underneath, and a long and lingering finish. Elegant in a restrained style that will develop from longer ageing.
