Mas Seren – Etamin – 2015

Light golden colour. Youthful nose, almost like freshly fermented grapes, some notes of apple cider and balmy notes. The palate is bone dry, slightly bitter/tannic with discreet fruit, a citric acidity and medium length. A bit harsh on the finish with a slight alcoholic burn.
