Bright young straw colour with a fine creamy mousse. Lightly smoky and flinty nose with some maturity, autolytic notes, brioche, crushed nuts, dried apple, pear, lemon zest and chamomile. The palate is bone dry close to Extra Brut with fine extract and a bright acidity, dried fruit, nutty notes paired with zesty grape and citrus flavours, good harmony and length.
