Bright straw colour with a golden hue. Pure aromatic and intense nose offering fresh herbs, elderflower, fresh pear and pineapple. The palate combines a rather ripe and full structure with fresh and lively acidity, digest stone fruit notes with a grassy and herbal spiciness, very gentle oak underneath and a long grippy finish.
