Masottina – Rizzardo – 2012

Medium deep cherry red colour. Some maturity on the nose with sweet red berries, plum and vermouth-like spiciness. The palate is medium bodied with crisp red fruit, young tannin, some citrus and ginger notes, rather youthful and firm tannin with medium to long finish, still needs some time for the tannin to soften.
