Intense inky purple colour. Intense nose of pure dark fruit like blackberry, cassis, violet, sweet pepper, charcoal and some bacon/meaty notes. Very dense palate, ripe and harmonious with grainy tannin, a lively acidity, layers of spicy dark fruit and a long dense finish.
